Ordering Information
Buying at Bloomsbury Store Online:
When you decide to buy something on our site, simply click on 'Add to Basket'. While you continue shopping you can click on the 'My Basket' link on the top right at any time to view the contents of your shopping basket. If you have a specific request or require further information on any of our products, you can contact us here. We always aim to respond within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Prices and Delivery:
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our site, except in the case of obvious errors. (In the case of any rare errors, you would be notified before payment is processed) These prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are not included but will be calculated when you checkout. You can find out more about Deliveries here.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. (Please note that this e-mail is only an acknowledgment of receipt of your order of items from Bloomsbury & Co. and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you.)
All items are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to complete any part of your order, we will email/call you to let you know that these item(s) have been cancelled. Obviously you will not be charged for any items that are cancelled and the remainder of your order will be shipped as normal.
As soon as we have checked your items over and packed them up safely for their journey to you, we will send you a second email to confirm that your order has been sent.
Reviewing/Modifying your order:
If you need to make a change to your order with us, please email or call us and we shall make the necessary changes. Please note: if you wish to add items to your order we will need to place a seperate order for these items, so please have your payment details ready. Of course, if your order has not been dispatched yet we can add these to your order to save on shipping costs.
Checking your Order Status:
You can check the status or your order at any time by clicking the 'Order Tracking' button at the bottom, or clicking here. Just enter your email address & password. (You need an account to access this feature.)
How do I cancel my order?
You can tick "Remove" at any time to remove an item from your shopping basket before you place your order. Should you change your mind after completing the checkout process, simply contact Customer Services and we shall cancel your order if it has not already been despatched. Please E-mail hello@bloomsburystore.com or call us on 0845 270 2677. If your order has been dispatched you will need to return your order as noted below.
Returns and Exchanges:
When you order from us, we want you to be free from worry, so we extend to you our no-risk guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
We will pay return postage costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. All Items should be returned to:

When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.
Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:
- The item must be in resalable condition
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags/documentation still in place
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the above conditions are not met. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions or queries regarding your return. Please note returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and we process within 48 hours of receiving the return.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or name / order ID so that we know who the items are from.
Of course you can return an item to one of our stores if you wish. If you decide to do this, please bring a print-out of the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order. The store will then pass this on to the Returns Department and your refund shall be processed within 24 hours. (It will not be processed in store) Refunds are made back via the original payment method. You can see our store locations here.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Information
UK Mainland:
We post all UK orders via Royal Mail on a Tracked service - the standard cost is £3.95. We also offer 24 hour Delivery for £6.95.
International:
Parcels for the EU have a standard delivery charge of £6.95 and International Delivery outside the EU at £9.95. Our prices are determined on the weight of the entire parcel and will go up with the weight. Delivery cost should show accurately when you are in your "Basket". However, in the event there are extra costs depending on the product and destination, you will be informed of these before despatch if they are incurred. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination.
Delivery Times:
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dealt with the same day. You will receive a notification email upon your orders dispatch and you should expect delivery in the UK: 1 - 3 working days, EU: 3 - 5 working days, Rest of World: 3 - 10 working days. These times are a guide and subject to change depending on the local service.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be guaranteed for delivery the next working day. [Please note that orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday for this service will not be delivered until Tuesday.] *Exception - Orders placed for heavy/large items such as Deck Chairs, Canteen Chairs and other larger home furnishings must be placed before 11am to guarantee Next-Day delivery. *

Security & Privacy
Your personal information:
We may occasionally make details of your postal address available to carefully selected companies whose products we think may be of interest. If you do not want us to share your details please email us at info@bloomsburystore.com and we will make sure your details are not made available in this way. We will not share your email address with any third party
Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code (3 digit number on the back of your card) each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
